My experience with PSR Solicitors was overwhelmingly negative. Critical checks were not completed at the beginning, which is standard practice, and were only raised right at the point where the transaction should have been progressing. This caused major disruption and I was ultimately forced to change to a different firm. Communication was inconsistent and unhelpful throughout, and I was left feeling unsupported and uninformed. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.
100% recommend. Davina has been our solicitor for conveyancing. From listing the property for sale to completion, it taken just less that 12 weeks. Davina’s communication was faultless, she was quick clear and concise. She would follow up daily and there was never delay. I had one stressful point in this due to our sellers solicitor, but Davina was on the case and reassured me. Would absolutely recommend and use again - and we will be using for our WILL.
