After a hard 1 year + of having my mum's home on the market with little / no interest, we finally instructed PSP to market it for us, in January 2025. We had an offer within weeks, and completed in time of the April 1st Stamp Duty change. I was incredibly impressed with the superb service I received from Josh, Ali & Elliot (and all others).
