Have a rock SPA and they were supposed to Seal it for a leak near the top. The company they used plastered it instead of sealed. Now it does not look like rock. The plaster is so rough we wouldnt be able to sit in it. Paid them $1700 and now to fix it with more plaster they want more money to fix their mistake. Dont use this company. They ruined our SPA They are not honest about their mistake They dont guarantee their work which is contracted out to other companies They ruined our rock SPA ! Dont use this company!
Jack came out as we were having an issue with our pool heater. He asked for make, model and how old the heater was. I sent him a picture and a short video showing him the problem and he was like, I know what's wrong. I can be there tomorrow. I was impressed and said let's do it. Sure enough he showed up the next day on time and explained the issue and gave me a price which seemed fair and about an hour and change later..we got heat! Highly recommended!

We bought a home with very old pool equipment. The pump was on its last leg. We called PSMP and they responded quickly and installed new equipment within 7 days. They are very professional and their work was impeccable! Highly recommended!!
