Will never use this garage again. Had my car for 5 weeks Untill we actually said we are coming get it, because it was taking so long, and the final thing that needs doing we are taking elsewhere. Never experienced a garage like this, with such poor communication and lack of urgency. Told us incorrect dates it was booked in for, never rang to say what was wrong with the car on the day it was booked in, I had to ring two days later and say have you looked at my car. Did an amazing job on mapping both my nissans and replacing the clutch and steering rack in a very quick time. Very reasonably priced and very good communication. Informed me about everything I needed to know. Would recommend 100% and will use this garage from now on for my nissans even tho they are a Volkswagen specialist!
Had a few issues with my Skoda Yeti (which I had taken a warranty out on when purchasing), PSI were listed as one of the approved repairers and the service received even though I was going through the warranty company was brilliant. I dealt with Edain throughout the whole process and the customer service was spot on.
Faulty egr valve sorted swiftly, and i also took the option of having a stage 1 remap of my chugger, the vw touran. Can honestly say it was worth every penny as I'd nearly given up on this car! It's a few extra pennies i couldn't afford at the time! So i used the option of splitting the bill up with payment assist, which helped a lot. Thanks to the PSI team for the work completed today.
