Terrible service. I have called numerous times to try and refill my prescription, and have yet to actually speak to someone. I have left several messages, but haven’t gotten a single response. The product is great, but the company is very unreliable. Would not recommend!
I've been waiting over a month for my prescription. Have called numerous times only to wait over an hour on hold and then to speak to a rude person. The product works. Will have to ask my doc for another source.
I have called 3 times in 2 weeks and told each time that my order was not processed yet. 2 weeks later and told being expedited but still no prescription. What a joke!
The worst! I've been waiting on my RX for a week now with absolutely no communication from PruGen. I've called twice only to be told that my RX was pawned off to a semi-local pharmacy that may or may not exist.I guess it's easy to offer a $0 copay program when you don't plan on delivering a product. I'll be contacting my Doctor on Monday for a new RX from a more responsive drug company.
inexcusably poor service
A week after my appointment, I still don't have my prescription, nor do I have a phone call confirming they got it and are shipping it. I called today to have my doctor send my prescription elsewhere, I absolutely do not recommend using this service.
