If I could give this company 0 stars I would do just that. This is by far the worst pharmaceutical company I’ve ever dealt with. That being said, they’re customer service is horrendous and very much unprofessional. Almost every time I’ve placed an order I had to get a replacement package because I didn’t receive the first shipment. This program is the worst and most confusing customer service I've ever encountered. When I call to refill a prescription, they told me I needed to call my doctor since all they had was an expired prescription, even though I had a new unexpired prescription, with number, in my hand. They made my doctor go through refilling another prescription, which he had done a month prior, for the new one I had in hand. My doctor was nice enough to get another new prescription completed. I wish I could give it 0 stars. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have to order 4 days before my son's meds run out but it takes 3-4 weeks with multiple phone calls to them to actually get it. Last time it took a month to get here and they had the nerve to tell me I needed to order it regularly because I skipped a month. I flipped because it took a month and 3 phone calls to get it. Very frustrating! I never received the initial phone call about the prescription that the Dr. said I would. I had to call them. When I did, they had no idea where to enter some of my insurance information and said they still needed information from the Dr. that THEY would follow up for. When I called back to check status, they said they were unable to process the prescription as they needed further information from the Dr. and said that I had to call the Dr.. and get the information. DO NOT deal with this prescription service. If told by your dermatologist you have to refuse and get it sent to a local pharmacy. The first time I dealt with them because my dermatologist recommended them I agreed because I didnt know any better. It went okay. The second time was straight out of a horror movie. Wasted hours of my life calling them just to be placed on hold for 30-45min each time. They are supposed to call you first before sending out prescriptions which they never did. Horrible company to work with for getting prescriptions. Numerous calls resulting in a lot or run around and getting no where with this company. Finally received one out of two prescriptions when told would get both items. Called to see about other item and they acted like they had no idea. 40 minutes of on hold time resulted in nothing. Called MD had them send it in to CVS and had it within an hour. I do not recommend this company!!!

Horrific. I wish I could give zero stars. I have been waiting for my medicine now for 15 days. I have literally called every day for the past week and they give me the run around. I have spoken with a manager, Buffy. She promised to resolve on her end and just literally disappeared off the face of the earth. I am so over this company. Any costs savings are not worth the time and hassle.

Rotten customer service. Proven refuses to send your prescription to a safe and secure post office box. Get ready for your prescription to be sitting out in the extremes heat or cold where the chemicals can be broken down rendering your prescription useless or better yet stolen right off your door step. Read the temperature warnings on the side of any prescription. Either way the script will be damaged or stolen so I gave up with them.

This company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Two and a half weeks trying to get a prescription filled. After numerous phone calls, talking to a number of supervisors, hours on the phone with incompetent customer service, being lied to on more than one occasion, I gave up. I never even got the prescription. I called my dermatologist to request that the prescription get sent to a different pharmacy. Within 30 minutes, Walgreens had my order filled.
