I (along with the doctor's office) have received over a dozen phone calls from the company regarding needing an updated script (which they have), verifying the address, and them telling me one of my meds has been discountinued. The discontinued med is no longer on my script, and receiving a call every weekday for the last month talking to different people who are asking me the same questions as the last has been annoying and harrassing. Dr ordered a script last week and I got a call from them the very next day confirming. Just received..no snags no issues. Just as promised. Good in my opinion!
This pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've called the pharmacy about three times regarding my prescription, and out of those three times TWO people have answered my questions with the worst attitude. On top of everything else, I've ordered a refill of my prescription about a month ago and STILL haven't received anything from them. Definitely going to tell my doctor to switch to a different pharmacy.
Ordered medication at the beginning of January and did not receive it till Feb. after trying to reach someone at the company time and time again. Wrong names on billing information, say it is coming and once again no medication found at our door. It is like the blind leading the blind as far as customer service. Rather just pick it up at a pharmacy near me in person. Online is not always better!
I have called dozens of times and never been able to reach a live person, never received a call back, and never received my prescription.
This is by far the most incompetent pharmaceutical company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I was suppose to receive my medication in November, it did not arrive. A month goes by, I call and ask what the issue is and am told that they are "backed up". Again I wait. Later in December I receive a call from their office (which by the way is basically run by a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off) asking for a conformation address, so I give them one. I love this pharmacy! It's free and my prescriptions arrive quickly. The only thing I would change is the ordering method. They're phone number changed and I don't think it was widely communicated. New number: 866-567-7327.
Hands down the worst service I have ever seen. You are better off making your own damn perscription.
I have called dozens of times in the past 3 weeks trying to reach someone to refill my medicine but no luck. I ran out my medicine and have left couple of messages but no one has gotten back to me.
