Agree with the other comments. Always takes at least 30 minutes to get through (sometimes longer). Worse customer service ever! Still waiting for an RX I ordered 2 months ago, that they charged me for. Keep calling for an update and they say, still not in stock, call back in two weeks. Trying to get doctor to move it to a different pharmacy.
I am rating this company a "0" as it is the worst company/pharmacy that I have ever experienced for getting a medication refilled. You can never reach anyone because they do NOT answer the phone. They even called me and when I answered, they hung up. I answered on the 2nd ring. I even tried to chat, but guess what? No one was on the other end. What is the deal with Prugen Pharmaceuticals? rjw145.2@gmail.com just in case Prugen is interested and cares about the reputation of its company.
Complete disaster. World's worst pharmacy. If your doctor says your prescription is to be filled by Prugen or by ASPN Pharmacy, immediately request another pharmacy. Tried calling 844-267-3251 to check the status of a prescription refill I place over two weeks prior, and after being on hold was automatically sent to a voicemail to leave a message. I really don't know how they're still in in business.
On hold for one hour and then got a ringing tone...only to hear a message that this number is not longer in service. Waste of time!!!!
i have tried for 2 weeks to refill a script through the designated phone # 1-844-436-7928. I have waited 30 + minutes every day for 2 weeks and finally hung up each time. Hilarious that at the start it asks you to stay on at end of call for a survey you never get to. And that a woman's voice interrupts the mind numbing repeated music every 15-30 secs saying " Your call is important to us, please hold for next available representative"...that never answers the phone!
Never had a worse experience dealing with anyone.

The worst. No one EVER picks up the phone. Makes me wonder if this is actually a pharmaceuticals company or a criminal organization. Even if I could get through, I would not use any of their products - I would be afraid of what is them.
On hold multiple times for over an hour, then phone disconnects. Absolute worst customer service (because you can't get ahold of them). Paid for daughters prescription but never received it. Will not use ever again. Also notifying doctors office to stop recommending this company.
