It's so frustrating the way this company treats its customers. I've called many times since last week to follow up my daughter's medication and have been given many different alibis as to why it's delayed. I could have brought that medication from a local CVS and started treatment right away instead of waiting this long for nothing.
Really really frustrating experience. they are about three and a half weeks overdue for a medication that I've needed. This is a terrible company and I would not recommend this service to anyone, unless you want to waste your time stressing out about whether you will receive your medication and how absurdly incompetent they are. ALWAYS LATE without fail. Customer representatives don’t do anything except repeat useless information...will never use again
The people working in this pharmacy are prevaricator. They informed me that I was going to received my prescription in 2-3 business days. In the fourth business day I called in to see what was going on since I haven't received my prescription. They said that it takes 2-4 business days to process the prescription and then they will ship it to through UPS and that it will take a week even though they promise me I will have my prescription in less than a week. Don't use them; they are unreliable.
This company is a continual headache. Their communication with their supplying pharmacies (GenRx, Medcart, etc.) is poor, leading to aggravating phone calls in which you’re told two different stories. Case in point: I update my shipping address with PruGen and request a refill. The refill gets outsourced to Medcart, but Medcart sends it to my old address. HORRIBLE! Must be some major kick-back for the dermatologists to push this 3rd party to have your prescriptions filled. I saw a dermatologist on the 25th and was told they sent my prescription through this service and that I'd be receiving my medication at my doorstep within 2 days. It is now July 2nd and they haven't even shipped yet. If your dermatologist mentions this company, REFUSE IT and request to use your own pharmacy to have to fulfilled. AWFUL, 0 stars!
So after reading these reviews I was pretty worried when my doctor sent my script to prugen. I was expecting to not get my script for like a month based on the reviews, BUT I called them on Tuesday to confirm my prescription and I received it in the mail on Friday. I was extremely satisfied with their service, so don’t necessarily listen to all the bad reviews! They were very polite to me and proactive about my prescription.
So far, so good. I spoke with a company rep the afternoon following my doctor's appointment. The prescribed medications arrived within 24 hours. I hope it continues.
I followed the DR.'s instructions who said they would call in one business day and if not to call them. When I called they said they didn't have the prescription and to call the DR.s office (I personally watched the nurse send it to them using her ipad). Then, miraculously and without me calling the doctors office, they had it. A VERY RUDE WOMAN asked for my information and interrupted me frequently.
