This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. NEVER rent from them. They will do whatever they can to charge you more money for things, but don't use that money to fix anything! They will charge for every little nail hole in the wall then rent properties "as is" with inadequate patch work, broken doors, and dog fences throughout the entire back yard. It's not even worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and find a different company that actually cares about the tenants!
