Carolina One Real Estate took advantage of an out state military friend. Not only did they not rent the property, but left the home unlocked for vandals. Then sent a bill months later for the clean up of their mistake. Complete joke.

As you may know, this property was listed for sale and for rent and we are not sure how the house was broken into. We are currently working with the owner to reach a suitable resolution.
My fiance hired Carolina One to rent out his property while he is stationed out of state. Not only did Caroline One NOT rent out his property, they left the back door unlocked and kids broke in and had a party. Caroline One completely took advantage of the military situation. Carolina One didn't own their mistake, instead charged us to clean up the property. What a joke. Don't waste your time.
