I listed a vacant lot with Carolina Ones Summerville office. After absolutely no offers. I ask the agent if she had visited the property. She finally did and there wasn't even a sign on it. She said people stole their signed to make yard sale signed out of them. I asked her to nail a for sale sign to a tree. She refused and gave me more excuses only to end up telling me my property is too far away from her office. (45 min) That's nice to know 6 months of their wasting my time with little effort if any. Renters beware!! I rented from Carolina One for over three years. Never had any issues on my end and treated their property as if it was my own. I contacted them in advance to inform them I was moving out and would be replaced by someone else. They wanted to charge $200 to draft an addendum to the lease to change renters. This process would take a maximum of 20 mins. I also asked them to stop auto drafting my account for rent. They informed me to enter in an end date and they would stop.
