“A breath of fresh air”. After more than a decade of poor estate management companies at last we now have a professional, switched on company looking after our large development in Worcester. They actually talk to you, listen to you and act to resolve issues.
Recently received a massive surge in annual management costs with little or no justification, which is nothing more than blatant profiteering. This is going to significantly reduce the value of the flat we’re trying to sell. Currently taking legal advice so we can get rid of them. An update for the end of 2024… Another year and again a massive increase to their charges. These people are crooks. Do not buy a property if this lot are in charge. Lucy Haywood was extremely helpful and kept me updated with an issue I had with the previous management company. Could not recommend her enough.
Paid for service that didn't happen. Very slow to pay back, although very happy to harass if you're a fraction late to pay them. Awful
