I got scammed out of $10,000 on a land transaction through Proxibid and they wouldn't do a thing to help me!

I love the ability to reach so many auctioneers and participate, & the service is improving over time. One thing that really needs improvement is the estimated shipping. None of the auctions (esp. furniture) I've looked at includes any weight estimation for the items, so the postage estimation is impossible to perform. There are several pieces I would have bid on - quite aggressively - if I had any idea on even a "ballpark figure" of the shipping cost.

You're a disgusting fraud of a company. Your sellers are hostile, liars, frauds, and take no responsibility for what they sell, and you do nothing to correct the situation other then to lie yourselves, put off your buyers...say you'll fix the matter, months go by, ton's of correspondence is going back and forth, more months go by....losers !!
Fields Auction Services...not happy at all with their after service...cost me $1100 more than i actually paid which they never told me about before
I just participated in a 2-day auction. I'm almost certain that I had the high bid on twenty-seven items (27) that went to someone else. The amounts I bid were shown as being high. I've registered a complaint, and sent the lot numbers that were involved, now waiting for a response. Has anyone else had this experience ??? Was it just me ??? Just heard back. I like, frequently use, and have often sent others to look at Proxibid. BUT, I'm still waiting & looking forward to bidding app for iPhone/iPad. I do appreciate that they do make regular changes to keep site up-to-date.
