Complete scammers, dont sign up they just want to sell your details. You cant even delete your account. I cant believe they havent been closed by the feds yet

Do not use proxibid for any auction business. They do not support you in any way. I was the high bidder via proxibid and the auctioneer sold the item to a lower bidder. I complained to proxibid and all I got was a pre-written response from a tier 1 customer support lady saying that the problem is out of their hands. A call to the auction house provided little relief as well. Their only piece of advice to me was to never use proxibid, save the 3.5%, and deal directly with the respective auction house. Apparently, it is Proxibid's policy to allow reprints of vintage baseball cards to be sold without specifying it is a reprint. There was nothing to indicate it was a reprint, and upon receiving it I asked the seller for a refund and they have ignored me. So I contacted proxibid and was told that because the seller didn't say it was "vintage", and just called it a "card", it was fine for them to do that. Bunch of ripoffs! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Very shady business
This was our auction company's first time using an online bidding application and I was very nervous about it all. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in anyway possible. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The day of the auction went very well considering it was our first time and we definitely learned a lot about how to make our particular use of the application and service better but overall we are very happy. Useless company. tried to use it this past weekend, didn't work. now they won't let me delete my account for 2 weeks because its tied to an auction i couldn't even participate in. tried contacting customer service twice and get the same generic automatic reply both times. do not use them do not give them your CC #

After I posted a poor service experience here someone did call me and cancel my account as requested (not yet verified). Still wasted my time and theirs, when they just could have cancelled from my email or phone request... I didn’t end up buying anything and just wanted to cancel my account not wanting them to have my credit card and personal info... John
