AVOID Flat 55 at Provincial House (Nelson Square, Bolton BL1 1AT) I was a former tenant of Flat 55 in this building and it was a nightmare. The flat had severe wall cracking, water leaks from the ceiling, constant black mould, and a strong damp smell. Despite reporting it multiple times, the landlord refused to carry out any proper repairs and tried to claim insurance instead. The living conditions were unsafe and affected my health.
