We recently had our new ProVia entry door installed by the Hartville Hardware team, who were fantastic. They came and measured, following our carefully choosing the door. Titus and David installed the new door after having removed our storm door, which we were keeping. IN the 46 years that we have lived here, we have never been as satisfied with the look, as well as the function, of our entry door. Great quality, and we would highly recommend the ProVia door.

Sent me the wrong top to the storm door and no screws. Screen doesn't open all the way either. Supposed to be the best storm door on the market. Guess quality control isn't a factor in Sugarcreek. And what's worse is you're stuck with it
Our door is wonderful! Construction is solid. Functions perfectly. I'm a little upset that the paint has so many paint brush bristles stuck all over the door! Seems like poor craftsmanship and I honestly expect better from such a high end, expensive door!
ProVia is the most amazing company. Their storm door is absolutely the Mercedes of all storm doors. Our storm door is not only beautiful, but it has many customizable features and is energy-efficient as well. It is a finely crafted piece of architecture. The customer service is like you'd find at a five-star hotel. They truly care that you have an excellent experience with their products. Chad Hall is the best. He knows why. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
