We have several Provia doors. For the first couple years they were nice. Here we are in about year 7 and the handle seized up on one of them! They now want $76 just for the hardware!! If you are going to stand by your product then the entire product should be under warranty!!!

We ordered new windows in May, which were supposed to be done in August-they were late arriving and arrived with the wrong finish on the mullions--sent back and when the new ones came in, the screens were too large--so the sales rep came to our house and personally took the measurements--yesterday the new screens came and this time they are too short-we ALWAYS try and use locally-made products, and have bought Provia windows and doors in the past, but 8 windows at a cost of $9000 and after 3 tries they still cannot get it ri... read more
French door installed. Leaked ruining my new flooring. They replaced the door to find the 2nd door is leaking. the Contractor gave up and now I am on my own. Dist sales rep was useless. Provia had 3rd party call to get a feed back from me. I told them I was disgusted and too mad to discuss. You think maybe Provia would reach out to me. Nope. I even had conversation with a customer rep that said would have a Mgr from Corp office call, til this day NOTHING! Check you doors and windows after rain.
Years ago, when they were Sugarcreek Industries, they made my entry door and storm door, both superior quality snd workmanship. For only the second time in (counts on fingers) over 20 years, the rubber sweep at the bottom of the storm door needs replacing. The first time and this time, too, even after so many years, their friendly Customer Service folks accommodated me, hasdle free. Totally recommended.
