I have sold and installed ProVia Doors and it is of the highest quality and most complete Door Sstem , I have been doing bussiness for over 45 years
While the Provia storm door is solid, the hardware is less than home improvement store quality. We remodeled in 2014 and installed Provia storm doors. In 2016 the door handle failed and, to our dismay, we could only purchase the entire kit, not just the handle that broke. Provia did not stand behind their product and we paid big $$$ for the replacement. Well, here we are in 2018 and the handle has broken in the same fashion once again.
