The best quality and customer service in the industry by far !
Bought a house recently that had two new ProVia storm doors which needed the rubber weather strips for underneath the door. Called ProVia and was instantly connected to a live person who gladly shipped four new rubber strips to me at no charge. This kind of customer service is rare and so much appreciated, I've been sharing my experience with others, gladly recommending ProVia doors and windows!
I have been waiting almost a month for Provia to help my installer Joyce, get my front door to work properly. Supposedly Joyce has been trying to get help from Provia, but they will not help.
Our home went through two ThermaTru doors in seven years. Not wanting to deal with another cost-reduced entry door ever again, we decided to go with a ProVia door. The difference is night and day. ProVia's construction is superior to anything made by the other guys.
I could not be more impressed with a company than I am with ProVia. They have the highest quality, customer service, and ethics of any company I have worked with. Their people are great and their ownership is proud to be a "Christ centered company" giving Him the glory for the success they have. The ProVia reputation speaks for itself and shows what can happen when you stand "Seak ye first the kingdom..."!
