Unhappy with spectrum doors, has only partial screen, company unwilling to return or rectify. I was not made aware of this defective design before purchase. They blame the dealer who only gets misinformation when he calls. Disappointed with a company that claims to have a high end product .
doors stick and can't open when sun shines on doors someone needs to advise the customer against dark colors and the sun my door are unusable.
I love my new doors and windows. The product and customer service are excellent! I highly recommend ProVia.
