I have rented my house for over 8 years now and they have been excellent. They are efficient helpful friendly and most of all unobtrusive but responsive when needed in a way that only a personal dedicated agency can provide.
We would highly recommend Proudhouse Property Management and Lettings. They are honest, trustworthy and provide a family feel service! Nicola and her team were always on hand and responded promptly to any maintenance problems. They really get to know you! We were always given plenty of notice for tenancy inspections. The check out procedure was smooth with no issues at all.
