I’ve been using Protouch for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say. The service and quality of repairs is second to none. In addition Brad is super helpful and friendly and takes time to explain process etc Would never go anywhere else for my car repairs and I’d suggest you don’t either!

Brad is a very conscientious worker. He wants to have the best job done for you. And where some would do a more ‘standard’ repair using filler, he works to have replacement parts that ensures the repair is to a high standard and has zero likelihood of causing issues in the future. I’ve found him very reasonable to work along with whilst also dealing with my insurer. He was very accommodating and even touch up another bit so all blended seamlessly with the repair. Highly recommend and will be using him again.

I initially had a really positive impression of ProTouch after meeting Brad in person — he seemed genuine, professional, and knowledgeable, which is why I chose to use him rather than going through one of my insurer’s approved garages. After the accident in early May, there was an initial month-long delay at my insurer’s end while they lost the estimate and needed it resent — which I coordinated myself. Brad at ProTouch Automotive was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he complete the repair work to a very high standard, but he also went above and beyond by doing extra work free of charge, without me even asking. What really impressed me was how accommodating he was—he even let me collect my car on a Sunday, which is well outside their normal working hours. We are so glad we found Brad. He is very professional and explained everything in great detail. The prices are fair for the high-quality service he provides. He also sent us pictures of the work progress, which definitely gave us confidence. We were especially impressed, I accidentally scratched my car on the other side again after making appointment, and he still provided an extra service to fix it. He is truly passionate about his work. There is no doubt that he deserves a high recommendation.
