I’ve had a tough few months but Adam and the team have been more than understanding of the situation. A lot of the time estate agents can see rental tenants as nothing but a number but Protheroe has shown real empathy for my situation and helped me find a solution to deal with a difficult time, I can’t recommend them highly enough
Great people especially Jess who showed me around most of the houses I viewed and it was quite a few, she calmed me down when I was panicking thinking I’d be out on the streets as I couldn’t find one I felt right with. But finally got there in my new house now and thank you to Adam for my lovely flowers and gift box. I would really recommend Protheroe properties to anyone selling or buying a house.
