Given my experience with Protek’s Systems I would not recommend them. I have been waiting almost a year for remedial work to be carried out at my house. I paid a survey fee for for a surveyor to inspect the problem with the work which was carried out. The surveyor confirmed that remedial work was indeed necessary.The work has never been carried out. I contacted Proteks asking that I get my surveyor’s fee and have the work carried out.I received my fee back as yet the work has not been carried out .I am still waiting for Heat... read more
The process was simple. The painters were tidy, professional, and did a good job. They were also very pleasant and friendly. House looks great.
Great job done eight years ago. House still looks great requiring some minor refurbishment following new windows and building work
4 years in and still as good as new. Best money spent on upkeep of our property. Great company to deal with. Thank you Proteks.
Update 8/7/24 Given owners reply to my first review . Empty promises yet again . Owner has failed to contact me or respond to my calls . He has failed to adhere to Consumer Credit Act 2015 or comply with the warranty . The company have also unsuccessful tried to have my genuine review removed from another site . Broken Promises & lies Broken promises and lies around Installation Procedures , as per documents provided to us.
