I have a client I consult and Prosites are taking their money every month for website maintenance and SEO but the client website has been down for months. ProSites are not returning the client calls (per what they tell me) and not working or responding to tickets created by the client. I've called today (sales and customer support) to check...on hold for a LONG time (both times) with no answer....I left a message that has not been returned for 3+ hours. My client says it's "crickets."
