Unfortunately ending our tenancy with PropOp due to moving into a bigger flat. The team are so helpful, we had a leak coming in from upstairs and Ben sorted the situation and replied to us very quickly throughout the entire thing. Would highly recommend renting from this letting agency, I've never experienced one as good as PropOp.
Just finished my tenancy with PropOp due to changes in my circumstances and I’m very sad to have to use someone else for my next one. They were extremely helpful and responsive from start to finish and dealt with my ridiculous questions when I didn’t even know how to turn on my heating at the start. Ben has been great throughout my tenancy and I would highly recommend PropOp to everyone. Of all the flats I’ve rented this is the best experience I have had.
Had such a brilliant experience with Emma at prop op! She was so quick and clear with all communication and put us at ease with letting our property. Will definitely use Prop Op again - can’t recommend them enough!
