Excellent. Efficient, helpful, nothing was inconvenient or problem to the Propert Pal team. We were very well looked after, got our mortgage on a first try as well. They even contacted us on their own that the lender we were going for will get better rates in like 2 days if we want to go with those instead. Simply amazing!
This service is not 24 hours. Rang multiple times on different occasions and there was no answer. Got through once to be told I can’t help with your query you have to wait until 9am
