As soon as they get their money they will start ignoring you! My house is full of mold after two weeks in the house and they won't even answer phone calls. Scammers
Very untrustworthy agent. Very rude and used threatening letter to my sister who has had the misfortune to allow these people represent her as letting agents. Only to rip her off with excessive fees. When questioned about excess fees, the female agent has used threatening letter, causing undue stress to my sister. Who know has to seek legal advice. It’s totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
Very disappointing. I had a confirmed viewing, but the agent did not turn up and did not attempt to contact me. Despite this, I just received an email asking me how the viewing went and suggesting I pay a holding deposit.
