Very unprofessional and dishonest. Booked a viewing 4 days in advance. Rang them on the day after travelling an hour, only to be told that the property was sold/rented privately by the owner and the agency did not know! The agent then proceeded to tell me about the property that was not even half to the size of the one I was interested in.
*Shocking dishonesty—do not trust this agency.* I rented a property through this agency and paid a deposit as required. When my tenancy ended, I was told my deposit had been registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). But when I tried to claim it, I discovered they had created the DPS account in my name but used their own email address—meaning I had no access and they had full control.
