Bought a house through property shop 5 years ago , just seen on news today how estate agents favour buyers who use the estate agents solicitor, it’s perverting the market place according to the money saving expert Martin Lewis , we were specifically told to use their solicitor who was an absolute nightmare to deal with , otherwise we wouldn’t be able to continue with purchase , this practice is now newsworthy and is being investigated, so hopefully agents who use this bullying tactic will be shut down and incur financial pen... read more
I find this letting agency to have the worst customer service. They constantly speak over you, its like they can not be bothered with any issues or problems you have. Don't expect anything to be resolved in a timely matter. Unless you are calling about something positive or something that will earn them money, they don't want to know. I'd recommend you avoid unless desperate.
Just sold our house with the Property Shop and I can't recommend them highly enough. From putting the house up for sale to completing the whole process was made easier by the professionalism and efficiency of the whole team. Thank you Bethany for the help and advice with selling the house and thank you Natalie for guiding us through the sale.
