Genuinely the worst property company you could use. Linda Reynolds is unprofessional and I have never dealt with someone so rude over email or the phone, ever. Its incredible that they are able to operate in this way. Its not a coincidence that many others say the same thing.
Avoid at all costs, the woman who runs the company is disgusting, rude, and obnoxious. Nothing gets resolved, never replies to emails, only chasing for payments. Looking to get rid of them ASAP.
I am a landlord of a flat that uses this company , and always find them helpful and easy to contact and get things done
Honestly the worst property management company we’ve ever had to deal with - if you’re looking for a management company for your property please look elsewhere.
