My son recently moved into a student house through Property Link on Smithdown Road, and we've been really impressed. As expected with student rentals, there were a few issues on arrival—some black mould around the shower, scruffy walls, and a faulty washing machine. He even got locked out on his first day! But the response from Property Link has been fantastic. They seem to have deleted my previous negative review. Awful letting agents. Flat was disgusting when we moved in, used condoms under the beds, covered in mould, food from previous tenants. Save yourself the stress and go else where 👍🏻
Property Link really helped me when I moved in and have always been great whenever I contact them. Tony was fantastic.
