Given how much good will they've built through their podcast, it's absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. Outright lies, inflated figures. They don't practise what they preach all they care is their £5k 'consultancy' fee. After which you are treated like a second class citizen, no return of calls, no communication. Rogue organisation, be extremely careful!!! We ‘purchased’ an off plan property with St James Place in 2019, a deal brokered by Property Hub Invest as the Eclipse development in Liverpool. We legitimately exited the deal in 2022 as the ‘long stop date’ for the build had passed. St James’s Place are in breach of contract and despite being worth millions, have so far not once responded to any communication from us or our solicitor. I have made investments with Property Hub over 5 years. The entire process makes being a hands off investor a reality. I look forward to making further investments to meet my goals. My Portfolio Manager and the Care Team have listened and been able to guide me when there are bumps in the investment road to help find a solution and ensure the purchase has completed.
Beware of this organisation. Great podcast and online resources but their invest and letting agency (now sold) businesses will take your money and then provide you with extremely poor service (if you can get hold of them) with a host of problems. See trust pilot for further details.
