they gave me a day to come to my house to check my roof. Still waiting, I called them to check if they were going to show up as they were late. The guy told me he was going to speak to the boss. No answer back. Unprofessional.
Their website talks about a 'free no obligation quote', but upon enquiry they said there would be a £60 call out charge to provide a quote (refunded from the cost of the work if I went ahead) - a bit misleading. Hopefully this review helps others in a similar situation to me assess whether it's worth their effort before spending the time to look into the company and send an enquiry.
Found the company to be very reliable, they did my roof and stuck to the dead line and budget. would recommend them.
