Poor communicate, lack of willingness to support leaseholders when experiencing severe ASB, spending money on property without any consideration to cost of leaseholders, even when suggestions given for saving costs6. The director has little interest in resolving issues and neither do her staff.
We have been working with Property Fusion, helping maintain the properties they manage. The staff are friendly, reliable and committed to improving their clients property. We work closely with Emma and Ayah and have a fantastic working relationship with them both. They take pride in their work and are always extremely helpful and honest. Emma at Property Fusion has been very helpful in any problem we have had with our flat over the past 2 years. She is very knowledgeable, professional and is currently working very hard to solve a slow & ongoing issue with our property.
The worst property management company I have ever experienced. As a leaseholder, we have been highly disappointed with the service provided by Property Fusion. The annual budget appears to be spent on patching up issues rather than resolving them properly, and when asked for transparency on the finances, they could only account for less than half of the charges. I originally reviewed this business 3 years ago and 3 years later I am no less impressed. I appointed Property Fusion because, from our first conversation, their CEO, Lucy, did what she said she would do, when she said she would do it, had obvious integrity and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Working with her team, notably Cora, Caroline and Emma I have found that these are qualities to be found in those who work with her... along with patience!
