Can’t trust these guys to keep their word or do anything to help. Don’t fall for the first meeting. They’ll act as though they’ve got your best interest in mind . Once u sign the contract expect to be disappointed. Poor communication, poor time management and terrible living spaces. Trust the low reviews, pretty sure with how they handle buisness they pay for their 5 stars or make accounts to give themselves 5 stars. They don’t care about their tenants, just money. I don’t usually do reviews, but feel I want to let others know how good the experience is in comparison to other property maintenance companies out there. I’ve been living in one of the really well kept apartments, happy with everything, and can’t say I’ve had any issues. If anything pops up that I need help with(maintenance etc) the office is always available for a phone call to help. Really happy, and thank you to the team at PropertyFellas. One very happy customer!
