I have been asked to remove this post in the past by the Director of the company in order to allow him to investigate the serious complain about 9 months ago. The job they took to renovate and loft convert a house back in JUL 2024 a year ago, which they never going to finish, but have taken £55,000 in deposit little by little. The worst property management if I could give 0 i would. They do NOT care and they do NOT do anything at all. Currently taking them to court. All the tenants are thieves and druggies. They do not do any repairs and avoid everything at all costs. Stay away also all the reviews are fake as the owner personally messaged every single tenant pestering them for a 5 star review
Tenant for 9 months and no issues whatsoever. Aki is always polite and well mannered, most importantly very helpful and always there to solve any of my flat issues.
