They do NOT answer any queries. I’m very disappointed I sent 3 emails and called 3 times but got no response, on the calls you speak to an automated bot that cannot put you through to an actual person. Seems like they don’t want people who don’t book straight up. I’m so disappointed
Terrible company, reserved 5 properties to view for £1 each (terrible system why do I need to pay to reserve), received an email from NEIL and then completely unresponsive. As the director of a business you should at least have the courtesy to reply to an email with acknowledgement. Tried calling and it’s just an automated system. Wouldn’t recommend
All I get when trying to confirm any accommodation is a BOT who takes messages or sends me to the website. Initially I wanted confirmation that my enquiry had been received after £1 deposit on accommodation in St Andrews. After multiple emails and messages I have tried multiple times to inform them that we are no longer interested- well within the 48 hour window- but still nothing. They took the deposit but no acknowledgement. There is no way of contacting a human or someone who can respond to an email
Very unprofessional staff. I’m a serious client and the staff, just leave me on seen without a reply and this doesn’t match with the company. Make sure that your staff are better trained for this.
Have had a great experience with Skylets. Friendly and has addressed any issues promptly. Will renew my lease and would highly recommend
