Tried booking a van through website, paid my money not to find out van not available for that day….. now have to wait 7 working days for money to be returned. How about your website knows what is and what isn’t available BEFORE taking payment maybe!!!! Been a customer for decades, absolutely shambolic, no option to book a different van or day because have to pay again!!

Brilliant experience hiring a van for a house move. Popped in and spoke to 3 members of staff all helpful, explained everything, had a few checks for identity and license, 10 minutes max that's all it took. £25 deposit only and pay the rest on the day of hire. On the day of hire, the remainder of the hire fee was taken and a £250 deposit. I didn't need the van for the full 24 hours so took it back later that day before closing time, van was quickly inspected for any damage and within 5 minutes I was told my deposit will come... read more

Had a vehicle for the day. Great service by Steve and the team and the gents in workshop even showed me how to use the tail lift. Highly recommend
