Excellent facility
Nice place suitable for addicts. It was terrible for me, someone with deep depression. The psychiatrist upped my antidepressant and in fact made me suicidal. Pamela needs to learn about psychology to compliment her practice. I tried to commit suicide when I left and paid £21K for the privilege. Seems extortion to me. This place is not for everyone
Overall, my experience at the clinic was positive, but the aftercare has been disheartening and extremely frustrating. Despite informing my care team at the beginning of treatment that I will need a detailed discharge letter and report, I've never received them. Over the past year, I’ve reached out multiple times to Promis' administrative team and my care team via email, clearly stating that these documents are essential for both my sick leave and disability benefit application. When I arrived at Hay Farm Clinic I knew straight away that this was going to be the place where I could start my road to recovery for my mental health. The setting at Hay Farm is absolutely beautiful and everyone is amazing. I stayed in the Garden Room with my therapy pets and they settled in extremely well.
