Overall, my experience at the clinic was positive, but the aftercare has been disheartening and extremely frustrating. Despite informing my care team at the beginning of treatment that I will need a detailed discharge letter and report, I've never received them. When I arrived at Hay Farm Clinic I knew straight away that this was going to be the place where I could start my road to recovery for my mental health. The setting at Hay Farm is absolutely beautiful and everyone is amazing. I stayed in the Garden Room with my therapy pets and they settled in extremely well. Hay Farm is an exceptional, professional and compassionate environment. Everything about my experience end-to-end was well thought through and thorough, but I never felt I was being processed like another number in a machine. Hi, all.... I can Honestly say that Promis Clinics has saved my life on two occasions. It defiantly starts with Robin the MD.... he is an absolute Gentleman alongside his fabulous and considerate team, Lucy Britton (absoulute star!!!!!!!) of Therapists {Clayton} and kind Nurse's {Natalie) and also to mention Mimi for sure!
