IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES DO NOT SEND THEM HERE All the residents family's think there loved ones are in good hands, as someone who worked there trust me they are not, what you see when you visit is not what there like normally, i was shocked at how they acted round visitors compared to normal, want to know why they always say you cant visit? because they are constantly short staffed, but were not aloud to say that were forced to lie to the family's and tell them were fully booked just because there's no staff as every... read more

A fantastic team, brilliant communications and nothing is too much trouble. The team is well led and have a positive, can do and caring culture. Thank you @The Promenade, its so reassuring to know our Mum is being well cared for.
