Neighborhood Community Not only did I rent here once, but twice! I leased originally for a 12 month lease term and at the end of my lease our rent was raised, we were pretty upset at the time and moved out to a less expensive community. (The old saying... "You get what you pay for" stands true) We hated our new community so much that we broke our lease and moved back to The Promenade for a 2nd time. I've made lots of friends here, the staff is professional and the grounds are clean and you can't beat the Location!
Unacceptable This apartment complex is horrible. The neighborhood looks nice and it is a nice location, but it's not worth it. The office staff for the most part is incredibly rude. The property manager is condescending. People don't pick up after their animals all the time and without evidence they accuse the wrong people of stuff that is complained about.
