My mum had been with Promedica24 for the last 4 years and during that time she received excellent care and all the carers became one of the family. The back up and support I received from the company was exemplary at all times,
The first we heard of Promedica24 was in May 2019 when Mum was in hospital. Mum was very poorly and had previously had carers visiting 4 times a day but not overnight. During her time in hospital, it was suggested that Mum go from hospital to a care home, however this was not her wishes as she wanted to go home and be surrounded by her own things. "Thank you Promedica24 for sending such a wonderful 1st carer for mother, Mrs BJ of Christchurch - only a century young! Her carer Joanna has a good sense of humour and is a great companion. Joanna makes exercised set by the physiotherapist fun. If the weather is fine, they both enjoy a short stroll to the local park. Mother now has regular home-cooked meals and has a busy daily routine, which is wonderful. Looking for suitable/affordable care for our father who is physically disabled following a stroke & falls. A helper recommended Promedica 24 we called Mark, he was extremely reassuring and understood our situation. At our father’s home, he was extremely professional & helpful in his handling of the meeting at which our father decided to be obstructive and angry. I just wanted to share my personal experience of Promedica and the care they provide for my mother - Following a life changing stroke one year ago my mum spent 6 weeks in hospital, then 5 months in a care home until we could find her a more suitable house to call home. I contacted Mark at Pro-Medica and he was so helpful and kind.
