I had such a great experience at prom4less! I needed a formal evening dress QUICKLY for a family wedding which I had put off buying until the last minute. I called Prom4Less first thing in the morning to check if I needed an appointment and whether they sold dresses directly; the girl on the phone was friendly and polite, answering my questions and letting me know that they had a selection of dresses to buy directly and that I could come in that day (no appointment required). I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Dawn who made me feel like a princess! She was absolutely lovely, and helped me find the dress of my dreams. I’d left it until the day before my graduation ball to purchase a dress, but Dawn was able to help me find a lovely dress and made me feel so confident. Will definitely be coming straight back here next time I need a new fancy dress!!! Could not recommend this place more🫶
I can not fault the customer service I got off dawn. She took her time out to make sure my daughter was happy with her prom dress. I appreciate the effort you made and I will definitely be back when she has another prom.
