Competitive quote, very friendly, really helpful in answering questions and flexible installation dates. Would highly recommend and use them again.
Overall, the finished product was good but the customer service was poor. Communication was lacking - we weren’t informed when workers couldn’t turn up as scheduled. One staff member, in particular, was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the process more frustrating. Have used LA Landscapes a few times now and have always found Leigh the owner to be helpful and honest and upfront about pricing. I recently had a millboard composite deck installed and the team worked through bad weather for 3 weeks to get the job done. They consulted with me along the way and were happy to make any minor adjustments that I pointed out.
