Ali at this dealership was extremely helpful and happy to help us with our purchase of a lovely Volvo V40R. This was for my son and he fell in love with the car. We were able to go for a test drive without feeling pressured into buying. Our old car was accepted as a part exchange as well which helped us a lot. The car did develop a fault on the way home but Ali asked us to return it to him and he would sort it out. Originally the review I gave was a 5 star. I purchased a used car that had a clean MOT and the guy I dealt with was great and car drove fine for about 4 weeks. The oil leak that was supposed to be fixed became a Major Issue. I paid £1500 for the car to then have to spend £1000 on repairs. I have now had to scrap the car because the engine has failed and 2 independent mechanics can't pinpoint the issue and have advised the cost of repair outweighs the value of the car.
