I was recommended to see Alfie regarding a problem with my Plantar Fasciitis. Alfie is incredibly professional & not only did he treat me to relieve the pain he has also given me some excellent exercises for ongoing prevention management. I would highly recommend.
Had treatment with alfie recently and couldn’t recommend it any more. Was approachable polite and really has great knowledge in terms of how to target the problem and get over it. Will be certainly be going back to get treatment with Alfie if I get any more problems.
I’ve seen Alfie for a few sessions over 2 years what always impresses me with him is getting a prognosis quickly and getting you(the patient) supporting yourself rather than lots of sessions seeing him. I’ve been to physios during the past 30 years and you get the feeling of too many sessions but not with Alfie. His manner is clear and considerate and I always feel a lot better than when I first arrived.
I have seen Alfie a few times after a neighbor highly recommended him for at-home sports/deep tissue massage. He is always punctual, comes fully prepared and is very knowledgeable about body mechanics. Alfie's sports massages get deep into knotted areas and he provides recommended exercises for whatever is ailing me at the time. Highly recommend Alfie as a bodyworker for athletes and for anyone serious about keeping their bodies functioning!
I Recently visited Alfie following some knee discomfort. A really nice guy with real care & pride in helping people to recover & return to their sporting activity in the best manner through Well informed and structured sessions.
