The staff at progressive care services is the best! From the time you walk in to the time you leave! Eric was amazing and listened to every word I said, gave recommendations and we both agreed on a treatment plan that was comfortable for the both of us! I live in raleigh and will definitely be making the trip to see the staff there again!
Dr. McClelland is great. The office staff, however, are rude, unprofessional, and lack empathy that should be present when speaking to mental health patients.
