Liaise staff just bully you untill your mental health dissintegrates.
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Progress Housing at Nursery Lane. The young person I assisted with placing there is incredibly happy and is well supported in all aspects of her life. She is a verbal communicator so is able to voice her feelings, and she does not have any concerns or poor reports to give. She is living a full and happy life there. Living under this organisation is awful they make false claims I hope they get caught and shut down. They are a diagrace to supported living.
Bullying and discrimination ran rampant when I worked here a few years ago. Cost me my mental and physical health. The service users are amazing and I used to love working as a support worker, but the staff team, management and even HR do not care about you as an individual.
What seems to be a wonderful place to work turned up in a nightmare. The management is incompetent, the owner interfiers unapropriate. There is a clique who does not have nothing to do with comparison, dedication and care about the people. If you are trying to do your job they will feel threatened as they are lazy and slanderer. If you care about your wellbeing dont appy in here.
