I am absolutely disappointed. We had a confirmed appointment, yet when we showed up, we were told they couldn't see us because "all the slots were booked." It is incredibly insulting to be treated like your time has zero value. Why even offer an appointment system if you’re just going to give the slots away to someone else? Worst place for getting yourself tested...Highly mismanaged place..Went on 28 th february ,2026 and it has been more than 4 days to get my reports..70 people ko wait krwaldia tumne for 4-5 hours...jagah tmre pass hai nai ..Jitna karpao utna hi booking lo rather than making people suffer..what a joke service you have opened..While enquiring about reports i get the response that my mobile number is not registered..should be removed from mediwheel..itna time lgtaa hai kya reports dene me..Drawing karhe ho kya reports ke sath ??... read more
Misplaced my xray
One of the worst experience I had in my life, on 28 th Feb 2026 ky booking was there starting at 9.30 AM. No tests started till 11.30 AM. Waiting for 1 2 hours are just joke to them. Then I called my panel and things get started I had to shift some of my tests next day And day after when I came to collect reports their printer is not working, IT guy was gone on a chai break for more than 1.5 hours and I had to roam to different floors forr no reason just to get my report Just pathetic experience.
